为保证手术效果的自然，使用只有AT整形外科才有的BAPA分析和以达到RAMA标准为突出嘴手术目标是什么意思?
在实施包括双颚手术在内的颌骨手术时，为了得到更美观的效果，对于面部组织、轮廓的分析是很重要的。但是，大部分的手术都是以骨骼数据为基准。可以看出手术医生的经验对手术结果有着非常重要的影响。不但要考虑骨骼移动,还要考虑牙齿的移动所带来的面部组织的变化 。

按照西方人的标准，上下唇要在鼻尖与下巴末端连成的线以内才可称为美人线。但是，就韩国人来说，和西方人相比大部分人鼻子要相对较矮、下巴的末端也不那么翘。如果以美人线为基准做手术，那么很可能手术后发生嘴部下瘪或是看起来像老太太的情况。
